About Dan Pepitone
Legal Support for Professionals in New York
Dan Pepitone has been an attorney for seventeen years. For the first ten years, Dan’s practice focused on people living with HIV, LGBTQ individuals, and individuals with severe mental health concerns. In 2018, Dan shifted his focus to helping small businesses build strong legal foundations by guiding them through entity formation, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. Since 2021, Dan has primarily worked with licensed professionals - particularly mental health professionals - to establish and grow their private practices.
